Well this is topic of my MBA exam tomorrow... When i read such topics I end up comparing what i read with the situation that is there currently in my organisation..SCA means builindg an assest or a competency unique to the organisation based upon the events happening in the external enviornment of the organisation. And based upon these assests or competencies you become the market leader. But I don't think my organisation has any of these..or may be they are there but everyone is too lost in internal metrics..data..numbers..targets..do we have a vision or mission statement..do we have a business strategy..y do we wanna do everything but not do one thing perfectly..one thing that makes us stand out in the market..makes us different from ther competition..helps us meet the unmet needs of the customer..
y do we have exams..these books are so nice to read n understand n think..but not for exams..plz
